Eric Born, president and CEO of Swissport International AG will continue in his post after agreeing to extend his contract subject to the company’s successful completion of its debt refinancing by September 30, 2019. Swissport recently announced its plans for refinancing of certain outstanding debt of Swissport Group S.à r.l., an indirect parent company of Swissport International AG.
