Coronavirus: Air cargo demand in Asia-Pacific contract by 5.9% in January 2020, says IATA
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) released data for global air freight markets showing that demand, measured in cargo tonne-kilometres (CTKs), decreased by 3.3 percent in January 2020, compared to the same period in 2019 while airlines on Asia-Pacific region saw demand contract by 5.9 percent, compared to the year-earlier period.
